Biamp and AVer release new Microsoft Teams certified conferencing hardware

Biamp and AVer Information Inc. have announced new audiovisual hardware solutions that have achieved certification for Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Biamp has begun shipping its Devio UCX 1000 conferencing bundle. Designed for huddle spaces and small-to-medium meeting rooms, the bundle includes the Devio UCX 1000 compute platform, the Parlé VBC 2800 conferencing bar, and the Apprimo Touch 10 UCX-T touch panel. The system features AI-powered camera framing, noise reduction, and remote management capabilities via Biamp Workplace.

AVer Information Inc. has announced that its MT300(N) has also achieved Microsoft Teams certification. The MT300(N) is a compact platform designed to enhance PTZ cameras by adding advanced voice-tracking capabilities. It supports multi-camera switching and integrates with certified microphones to ensure active speakers remain in view during meetings.
