Bianca Andrade moves from R$ 18 million mansion to São Paulo home

Influencer Bianca Andrade has moved from an R$ 18 million mansion in Cotia to a R$ 9 million residence in the West Zone of São Paulo. The decision was driven by the need to simplify her family routine and reduce travel time.

Andrade explained via YouTube that the distance between her previous home, her son Cris’s school, and her office made daily life difficult, often resulting in two-hour commutes in traffic. She noted that maintaining two separate residences—a mansion in Cotia and an apartment in the capital—was no longer practical.

Beyond logistics, Andrade cited a desire for a more urban lifestyle that allows for simple activities with her son, such as walking in the street or visiting local cafes. She also mentioned that the move brings her closer to her son's father, Fred Bruno, and helps consolidate her professional and personal life within the city.
