Bianca Mota expands female friendship community in Florianópolis

Bianca Mota, an entrepreneur and influencer from Florianópolis, has developed 'Encontrinho,' a community designed to help women build real connections and support networks in adulthood. What began as a social media post about the loneliness of living alone has grown into a business with approximately 3,100 members across WhatsApp communities.

The initiative currently sells an average of 500 tickets per month for its events. Mota, 24, founded the project after experiencing isolation while pursuing a career as a singer. She describes the core mission of the ecosystem as 'connection,' aiming to foster meaningful interpersonal relationships among its participants.
