Biancoforno reaches preliminary agreement on worker bonuses

The FAI CISL union has reached a preliminary agreement regarding bonus payments at the Biancoforno company located in Fornacette. Lara Azie, the territorial coordinator for FAI CISL, stated that the signing of this agreement is a first step in a broader process that is not yet concluded.

The union has been working for approximately two years toward two main goals: securing additional economic recognition for workers and establishing an integrative agreement to regulate internal company matters. Due to differing positions between various unions and management, the parties decided to temporarily separate the economic and regulatory aspects of the negotiations to overcome the current impasse.

While the economic treatment for workers is being addressed immediately, the FAI CISL intends to keep discussions open regarding regulatory issues, which require further study and time. The union emphasized its commitment to continuing dialogue with both the company and other labor organizations to serve the interests of the workers.
