Białystok opens student scholarship applications

Students studying in Białystok can now apply for scholarships awarded by the city president. The application period runs from September 15 to October 15.

These grants are intended for undergraduate and graduate students at higher education institutions based in or having a branch in Białystok. Eligibility is based on exceptional achievements in scientific, artistic, sporting, social, or volunteer activities. To qualify, applicants must be no older than 26 and have a grade point average of at least 4.5 from the previous academic year.

Each student may receive the scholarship only once every two academic years. Payments will be issued in a single installment by December 15, 2026. Applications can be submitted in paper form to the Białystok City Hall or electronically with a qualified electronic signature.
