The city of Białystok, Poland, is close to completing a new miniature saline inhalation tower on Aleksandra Fredry Street. The facility, built as part of the 2022 Citizens' Budget, cost about 543,000 zł and was constructed by Kryształowy Świat of Libiąż.
Equipped with a modern system that generates health‑beneficial saline aerosol, the tower also includes paved surrounding ground, benches, waste bins, planters, a bicycle rack, informational panels, lighting, electrical installation and an automated control system. Final acceptance procedures remain before it can be opened to the public.
Mayor Tadeusz Truskolaski said the project shows how citizens can influence city development and will enrich Białystok’s recreational offer, providing a place for relaxation and wellbeing.
