Biciplan – Cambio cycling network deadline extended to 2027

The Italian government has granted an extension for the completion of the Biciplan – Cambio cycling network projects until December 31, 2027. This extension follows delays in several lines, most notably Line 15, which connects Milan to Legnano via Rho, Nerviano, Parabiago, and San Vittore Olona.

Funding for Line 15 remains confirmed at 10.5 million euros, sourced from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). While work is progressing between Rho and Nerviano, construction has not yet begun in the sections between Parabiago and San Vittore Olona.
