Bicycle shop sends customer list of psychotherapists after service dispute

A customer in Poland reported a dispute with a bicycle service provider, Wygodny Rower, following a service for two Gazelle Orange bicycles purchased for approximately 10,000 PLN. After paying 320 PLN for a first inspection and drivetrain adjustment, the customer found that the mechanical issues persisted, and one bicycle returned with additional damage to the saddle and bell.

The shop refused to re-examine the bikes immediately, instructing the customer to submit a formal complaint via email instead. After more than 14 days without a response, the customer initiated a chargeback through their bank and received a provisional refund. Following the bank's intervention, the company responded, claiming the bicycles had been properly inspected and the drivetrain issues were verified as resolved.

The dispute escalated when the shop owner sent the customer an email containing a link to a list of certified psychotherapists from the Polish Psychiatric Association (PTP) in response to the complaint.
