Biella issues waste tax payment reminders to thousands of users

In Biella, approximately 6,500 taxpayers—representing about 32.5% of the total 20,000 users—have received reminders regarding unpaid waste tax (TARI) for 2025. These notifications were distributed via physical mail and certified email (PEC).

Gabriele Bodo Sasso, president of Seab, noted that the unpaid amounts stem from various reasons, including simple oversight, unpaid single installments, or habitual non-payment. He emphasized that management has become more rigorous compared to previous years, and failure to settle debts within 30 days of the reminder may lead to formal recovery procedures, including legal sanctions and interest.

Residents are advised to use the attached F24 form for payments or contact Seab offices to request installment plans if necessary.
