Bielsko-Biała hosts three-day music festival with Broadway show and pop concert
The Bielskie Centrum Kultury im. Marii Koterbskiej will stage a three‑day programme in Bielsko‑Biała from July 9‑11. The weekend opens on Thursday at the Aleksandrowice airport with a DJ set by Michał J. Sandecki (known as Ojciec Prowadzący), featuring deep house, EDM and funky house mixes. The same evening the mobile "Polish Capital of Culture 2026" bus will be presented, showcasing local visual and performing artists.
On Friday, July 10, the venue’s main square will host a Broadway‑styled performance titled "Koterbska on Broadway", in which the greatest hits of Maria Koterbska are re‑arranged for swing and Broadway style by the Bielska Orkiestra Kameralna and guest soloists Barbara Kurdej‑Szatan, Katarzyna Kurdej‑Mania and Wojciech Myrczek.
The finale on Saturday, July 11, features a concert by pop star Oskar Cyms, known for hits such as “My Girl”, “Daj mi znać” and “Cały czas”, delivering high‑energy modern pop to the audience.
