Bielsko-Biała President clarifies Primary School No. 9 reorganization

Jarosław Klimaszewski, the President of Bielsko-Biała, has addressed rumors regarding the reorganization of Primary School No. 9. He clarified that the decision regarding the school's future has already been made following a meeting with the Parents' Council on May 27, 2026.

According to the agreement, the school units currently located at ul. Broniewskiego 23 will remain at that site until the end of the 2026/2027 school year. This delay in moving students to the main facility at ul. Piłsudskiego 47 was implemented at the request of parents.

The transition to the main building is now scheduled for the 2027/2028 school year. This extension allows for necessary modernization work at the main site to be completed by August 2027 and provides time to prepare the building for a larger student capacity and to foster integration between the two current school locations.
