Bien-Aimé Alusa Baraza to headline Kumbali Live Music Concert

Kenyan Grammy Award-winning musician Bien-Aimé Alusa Baraza, a member of the Afro-pop group Sauti Sol, is set to headline the fourth edition of the Kumbali Live Music Concert in Lilongwe. The event is scheduled to take place in late October.

Bien will perform alongside Malawian artists including Driemo, Praise Umali, and Maggie Kadrum. Organizers have announced the introduction of a second stage for this year’s edition to provide a platform for emerging musicians such as Sangwani Kaunda, Isabel King, and Nathaniel Chaluchalu.

The concert is sponsored by Standard Bank Plc under its ‘Joy of the Arts’ initiative, which aims to support Malawi’s creative industries and provide local talent with opportunities to perform alongside international stars.
