Bienestar Fest begins at Hipódromo Palermo

The second edition of Bienestar Fest, a major wellness festival in Argentina, has commenced at the Hipódromo Palermo. Organized by LA NACION and OSDE, the two-day event features a diverse program including physical activity, meditation, and spiritual workshops.

Activities are distributed across several specialized areas, such as the Flux main stage, the Zen Island, and the new Sound Healing Island. The festival includes fitness classes like Zumba and Pilates, nutritional workshops, and practical CPR training sessions hosted by OSDE. Other offerings include astrology services, relaxation zones with virtual reality, and various movement-based sessions led by fitness professionals.
