Bierzo Alto photography contest deadline extended to September 30

The Association for Tourism and Development of Bierzo Alto (ATUDEBIAL), in collaboration with the Bembibre City Council, has extended the deadline for the first Bierzo Alto Photography Contest 2026 until September 30.

The competition aims to promote the conservation of the region's heritage and nature. Participants must submit original photographs related to rural life, traditions, landscapes, history, folklore, architecture, art, or culture. Entries must be in color or black and white, printed on photographic paper, and cannot have been created or modified using artificial intelligence.

Open to adults residing in Spain, the contest allows a maximum of two entries per person. A preselection of up to 40 works will be exhibited, and the public will be invited to vote for three photographs during the first week of the exhibition.
