Bierzo talent receives recognition in gastronomy and Forbes rankings

The Bierzo region in Spain is seeing significant recognition for its local talent in gastronomy and entertainment. Enologist Pablo Ossorio has been named the patron for the 42nd edition of the Bierzo Gastronomic Days, which will run from October 9 to December 8. This event features 24 restaurants and 6 wineries, with menus priced between 22 and 45 euros.

Additionally, two individuals from Bierzo have been included in the Forbes ‘50 over 50’ list. The honorees are world-renowned enologist Raúl Pérez, noted for his influence in the D.O. Bierzo, and actor and comedian Leo Harlem. The Forbes list highlights the value of senior talent and experience across various professional sectors.
