Bietigheim-Bissingen hosts climate protection and mobility events

In Bietigheim-Bissingen, local initiatives focused on environmental protection and sustainable mobility through community engagement. The Foodsharing association from Ludwigsburg hosted a ‘Smoothie-Bike’ activity, where participants used manual pedaling to power a blender, highlighting the importance of reducing food waste.

The city's climate protection team also participated to promote mobility concepts in an accessible manner. Additionally, a coloring competition for primary school children centered on the theme of sustainable mobility was held. Deputy Mayor Michael Wolf attended the event to present prizes to winners, including Lea Brandalik and Anaya Gulzar, for their creative depictions of climate-friendly lifestyles.
