Big Brother star Frankie sparks debate after coming out as bisexual

Frankie, a 23-year-old contestant on the ITV2 reality series Big Brother, has sparked discussion among viewers after coming out as bisexual. While initially praised for his vulnerability and the representation on national television, his statements have since caused controversy.

During an episode aired on 13 October, Frankie shared his experience with co-star Yasmin, stating he had spent much of his life “wearing a mask” and “living a lie” while chasing fame and validation. However, some viewers have expressed skepticism following comments where he stated he “could never get with a boy.” This has led to social media debate regarding the authenticity of his coming-out process and whether his motivations are tied to creating a television storyline.
