Big Chill Cakery hygiene concerns spark viral outrage in Delhi

A viral video showing a cockroach inside a refrigerated display at The Big Chill Cakery in Delhi’s Khan Market has sparked significant hygiene concerns online. The footage, shared by food vlogger Kenny (known as @giantgrubs), shows the insect crawling near brownies within the bakery’s display unit.

The vlogger stated he attempted to contact the establishment directly via message before posting the video, describing the post as “constructive feedback” intended to prompt management investigation and corrective action. While the incident has triggered a debate regarding food safety standards at high-profile eateries, no official food safety inspection has independently verified the claims made in the video.
