BIG EAST volleyball preseason coaches poll Carson Tyler college volleyball

The BIG EAST conference has released its 2026 volleyball preseason coaches' poll. Creighton was named the preseason favorite, receiving all 10 first-place votes. Villanova followed in second place, while Marquette was selected to finish third.

UConn was picked to finish seventh in the poll, receiving 48 points. Marquette's Carson Tyler, a transfer from Ball State University, was named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST team. Villanova's Abby Harrell was selected as the preseason player of the year.
