BIG Poland is expanding its retail park portfolio with two new developments in Poland. The BIG Olkusz park, a collaboration with BOIG The Blue Ocean Investment Group, is scheduled to open on October 22. Spanning 13,500 square meters of GLA, the facility will feature Kaufland as the primary grocery tenant (4,500 square meters) and a two-level HalfPrice store (2,260 square meters), alongside approximately 350 parking spaces.

Additionally, BIG Poland and Acteeum have announced the BIG Słubice project, planned for opening in the first half of 2028. Located near the German border and the Słubice railway station, this 25,000 square meter GLA development will host approximately 40 stores. The complex will include a 2,000 square meter supermarket, a 7,000 square meter home and garden megamarket, 800 parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
