Big Ten releases 2026-27 women’s basketball conference schedule

The Big Ten Conference announced the complete home‑and‑away slate for the 2026‑27 women's basketball season on June 8. Northwestern’s schedule includes home games against Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Penn State, Oregon and Washington, and away contests at Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio State, Purdue, Rutgers, UCLA, USC and Wisconsin. The conference also confirmed that the 2027 women’s basketball tournament will be held at T‑Mobile Arena in Las Vegas from March 3‑7.

Nebraska’s schedule was detailed as well, noting its nine‑game home slate at Pinnacle Bank Arena against teams such as Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Washington and Wisconsin, and road games at UCLA, USC, Iowa, Illinois, Maryland, Northwestern, Purdue and Rutgers. The announcement highlighted that a record 12 Big Ten teams reached the NCAA tournament last season.
