Big Tigger faces no charges in domestic violence case

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute Darian Morgan, known professionally as Big Tigger, following his arrest in June on charges of battery and child cruelty. The charges stemmed from a May domestic dispute with his estranged wife, Alicia Brown.

According to court documents and police reports, the altercation occurred at the couple's Georgia home and involved a dispute over text messages. Brown alleged that Morgan used force during the confrontation, causing her to strike an office door and sustain a laceration that required stitches. The case also included allegations of child cruelty, as their 13-year-old son was reportedly present during the incident.

Morgan, a former Atlanta radio host, has maintained his innocence throughout the legal process. While the decision not to prosecute does not establish that the alleged incident did or did not occur, it means the criminal case will not move forward through the district attorney’s office.
