Big Walk requires co‑op play; solo mode unavailable and megaphone needed for long‑range chat

Big Walk is a cooperative multiplayer game that does not support solo play. Attempting to play alone will soft‑lock players at team puzzles, so the game requires at least two participants and can host 2‑12 players. It offers cross‑platform connectivity on PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

Communication in the game uses proximity voice chat, but players can locate a Megaphone item in the world to extend voice range. The Megaphone appears near distinct yellow structures in the northern, central and southern parts of the map and occupies one hand, requiring a temporary drop to pick up other items. Walkie‑talkies also exist but need every team member to have one for full functionality.
