BIGBANG to hold free 20th‑anniversary fan event on Seoul’s Han River

K‑pop group BIGBANG will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a free fan event on the Han River in Seoul’s Yeouido park on 19 August. Organized by Coupang Play, the two‑hour showcase will feature DJ mixes of the band’s classics, a video montage of key career moments, multimedia art installations, orchestral accompaniment, and a large‑scale drone light show followed by fireworks. Tickets are offered at no cost, with reservations opening on 28 July through the Coupang Play mobile app.

The event precedes BIGBANG’s world tour, which begins with three concerts in Goyang, Seoul, from 21‑23 August, before the group travels to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Australia.
