Biłgoraj County begins 18 million PLN road reconstruction

A major road reconstruction project is underway on county road 2958L between Wola Różaniecka and Różaniec in Biłgoraj County. The investment, valued at 18.3 million PLN, covers a stretch of over 7.6 kilometers.

The project is being implemented by Biłgoraj County with financial support from the Tarnogród municipality and 12.8 million PLN from the Government Fund for Road Development. The scope of work includes modernizing intersections, repairing roadside ditches and culverts, rebuilding bus bays and property entrances, and upgrading telecommunications networks.

As the project enters the critical phase of pouring asphalt, temporary traffic disruptions are expected. Specifically, the section from km 0+030 to km 4+500 will be closed to traffic from August 25 to August 29, 2026.
