BigSpark launches Smartphone.nl personal choice platform in NL

BigSpark, the publisher behind Android Planet, has launched a new Dutch website called Smartphone.nl. The site offers a personal choice tool that helps consumers select a smartphone or mobile plan by answering a short questionnaire about budget, camera quality, battery life, screen size, data usage and other preferences. Based on the answers, users receive a personalized top‑three list of devices or plans, each accompanied by detailed scores derived from specifications, benchmarks, test data and external reviews.

The platform also compares subscription and sim‑only contracts, showing total costs over the contract term and highlighting key differences such as data bundles, network, and monthly price. Roel van Hout, online‑marketing manager at BigSpark, said the tool provides a clear starting point for shoppers without dictating the final choice. The launch expands Android Planet’s consumer‑focused services in the Netherlands.
