Bihar announces recruitment of 32,388 school teachers

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for 32,388 school teacher positions under the fourth phase of the School Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE 4.0). The vacancies span various educational levels, including Classes 1 to 5 (3,847 posts), Classes 6 to 8 (8,563 posts), Classes 9 and 10 (3,877 posts), and Classes 11 and 12 (16,101 posts).

Eligible candidates can submit applications online through the official BPSC portal. While application windows and deadlines vary slightly across reports, the process is expected to run through late October 2026. The recruitment initiative aims to strengthen the teaching cadre and address educational infrastructure needs across the state's government schools.
