Bihar to build 100 modern bus stands to boost transport

Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has announced plans to construct more than 100 modern, state-of-the-art bus stands across the state. The initiative aims to enhance road transport connectivity and strengthen urban infrastructure, which officials believe will accelerate industrial development in Bihar.

The announcement was made in the Jamui district during the unveiling of a life-size statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. While paying tribute to Patel on his birth anniversary, the Chief Minister emphasized the government's commitment to various developmental sectors, including electricity, roads, education, and industry.

Additionally, the Chief Minister noted ongoing efforts to upgrade healthcare services, specifically mentioning the improvement of facilities and the inclusion of surgical procedures at 36 district hospitals to ensure a healthier and more prosperous state.
