Bijan Robinson signs $66.75 million contract extension with Falcons

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson has signed a three-year, $66.75 million contract extension. The deal includes $51.57 million in total guarantees, with $37.57 million guaranteed at the time of signing. Other notable NFC contract details include Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Vita Vea signing a one-year, $30 million deal, utilizing void years to manage cap relief. Additionally, Atlanta Falcons linebacker Za’Darius Smith has a one-year deal worth up to $8 million including incentives, with $5 million guaranteed at signing.

Separately, Robinson noted that he studies the footwork and body control of athletes from other sports, specifically citing NBA player Kyrie Irving and soccer player Michael Olise, to improve his movement and ability to maneuver in small spaces on the field.
