The Japanese hamburger chain Bikkuri Donkey is currently hosting a ‘Tsukimi Hamburg’ fair. A review of the ‘Teritama Mayo Burg Dish’, priced at 1,650 yen for an M size, highlights its unique presentation featuring a hamburger topped with teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise, surrounded by an egg salad mound with a central egg yolk.

The dish uses a teriyaki sauce made with black mirin, which provides a rich, sweet, and savory flavor with a distinct aroma. The sauce also incorporates ginger, contributing a subtle freshness to the profile. The accompanying egg salad features a soft texture with firm, chunky pieces of egg white.
