Bilal Hasan secures TKO victory in UFC Shanghai debut

Indonesian fighter Bilal Hasan secured a spectacular TKO victory against Canadian Nilson Rojas during his UFC debut in Shanghai. Despite facing a difficult moment early in the fight when he was knocked down, Hasan recovered to end the bout in the second round, maintaining his undefeated record.

The performance drew praise from former UFC champion Henry Cejudo, who highlighted Hasan’s technical ability to use a jab to create openings before landing a decisive straight right cross. Cejudo noted that the fighter possesses a star quality that could make him a significant draw in the promotion.

Following his rapid succession of fights—including a recent win at the Dana White's Contender Series—Hasan stated he is not rushing into his next commitment. While a fight in Edmonton was previously discussed, he intends to consult with his coaching team before finalizing his upcoming schedule.
