Bilaspur stone pelting clashes leave three injured

Violence erupted in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, after a dispute between two groups escalated into stone pelting. The clashes resulted in injuries to at least two individuals and one police officer.

According to Bilaspur Collector Sanjay Agarwal, the incident originated from a private dispute that subsequently turned into a confrontation between the two factions. Following the unrest, police arrived at the scene to restore order and have deployed additional security forces across various locations to maintain peace.

SSP Rajnish Singh stated that the situation is currently under control and that law enforcement is conducting patrols in the affected areas. Authorities have confirmed that they are investigating the incident and will take strict action against those found responsible for disrupting law and order.
