Bilbao hosts diverse cultural and community events during Aste Nagusia

Bilbao is hosting a diverse array of cultural and social activities as part of the Aste Nagusia festivities. The city's theatrical scene features La Cubana performing ‘La cuisine de ma cousine’ at Teatro Arriaga, while the Palacio Euskalduna presents the musical ‘Cabaret’.

In addition to major stage productions, the city will host the third Bilbao Swing Weekend from September 11 to 13, featuring workshops and live music. Community-driven initiatives are also active, such as a solidarity food event in Uribarri organized by a local comparsa to benefit Aspanovas, an organization supporting children with cancer.

Regarding urban mobility, the Bilbao City Council has issued a notice regarding traffic changes and potential disruptions in the central areas of Padre Lojendio, Canciller Ayala, and Plaza Circular.
