Bilecik officials visit family of martyred Nihat Kaplan
The Bilecik Family and Social Services Provincial Directorate conducted a visit to the parents of Nihat Kaplan, who was martyred in Bitlis in 2007. The visit was organized to mark the anniversary of his death in August.
