Bilim Samsun and Discovery Campus begins new academic term

The Bilim Samsun and Discovery Campus, established by the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, has commenced its new academic term. The center aims to foster scientific curiosity and technological production skills in children through accessible and experiential learning.

Students participate in various thematic workshops, including astronomy, aviation and space, technology, mathematics, natural sciences, design, entrepreneurship, and agricultural technologies. The programs are designed for different age groups to reinforce theoretical knowledge through practical application.

In addition to hosting school groups at the campus, the initiative extends its reach to rural areas by bringing science and technology education directly to village schools. The curriculum also includes weekend workshops, parent-child activities, science festivals, and intelligence games to support problem-solving and scientific thinking skills.
