Bilimfest Kayseri to feature Hürjet and Türk Yıldızları

The 8th Bilimfest Kayseri is scheduled to take place from October 16 to 18, 2026, at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Millet Bahçesi. Organized by the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality in collaboration with TÜBİTAK and led by the Kayseri Science Center, the festival aims to bring science, technology, and innovation to the public.

Key highlights of the event include the exhibition of Hürjet, Turkey’s first indigenous turbofan-powered jet trainer and light attack aircraft developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ). Additionally, the Türk Yıldızları aerobatic team will perform demonstration flights over Kayseri.

The festival program features approximately 200 activities across eight different themes, ranging from scientific experiments to technology applications and innovation-focused studies designed for various age groups.
