Bilingual job openings announced by Concentrix and ManpowerGroup in Costa Rica

Several companies are expanding their bilingual workforce in Costa Rica. Concentrix has announced 1,000 job openings for bilingual talent, focusing on customer service and support roles. These positions will be filled in stages throughout October, November, and December 2026 to support the company's growth strategy. Applicants are expected to have an intermediate to advanced level of English and will work on-site in Pavas, San José.

Additionally, ManpowerGroup is recruiting for 100 bilingual customer service representative positions in Heredia. These roles are based in the Belén area and require advanced English proficiency and at least six months of call center experience. The positions offer various weekday shifts and include free transportation services. Initial contracts are set to run through December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
