Bill Gates addresses past association with Jeffrey Epstein

Bill Gates has addressed his past association with Jeffrey Epstein during a CNN interview with Anderson Cooper. The Microsoft co-founder expressed regret over the relationship, describing his decision to spend time with Epstein as “stupid.”

Gates clarified that he did not have a social relationship with Epstein and never met any women through him. He explained that his motivation for interacting with Epstein was the belief that the latter could assist in raising philanthropic funds for global health initiatives. While Gates admitted to attending dinners hosted by Epstein, he maintained that he never visited Epstein’s private island.

Regarding allegations that Epstein planned to blackmail him, Gates stated that he was unaware of any such plan and that Epstein never actually attempted to blackmail him. Gates noted that while he was aware of Epstein’s previous legal issues, he did not realize the full extent of his crimes.
