Bill and Tom Kaulitz Share Health Checks, Concert Setback and Reality‑TV Drama Ahead of Netflix Series
The third season of the documentary series "Kaulitz & Kaulitz" premieres on Netflix on 23 July, following the twin brothers Bill and Tom Kaulitz.
In one episode the brothers visit a doctor together. Bill is warned about excess visceral fat and the associated risk of hypertension, while Tom’s examination shows him fit and athletic. Bill jokes about his fear of an MRI and the prospect of serious illness.
Bill also recounts a disastrous moment at a 20‑year anniversary concert for the single "Durch den Monsun" in Berlin’s Wuhlheide, where his in‑ear monitor failed, leaving him unable to hear his own performance. He described the incident as the "worst glitch" of his career.
Tom expresses embarrassment over several of Bill’s on‑camera moments, particularly Bill’s flirtation and kiss with reality‑TV star Jannik Kontalis at a Los Angeles pool party, which he called "cringe".
Despite the uncomfortable scenes, the brothers say they never stop filming, believing that showing the less polished moments adds authenticity to the documentary.
