German singer Bill Kaulitz posted an Instagram selfie taken in front of the Trevi Fountain in Rome, captioned “with Mama in Roma”. The photo, showing him and his mother among tourists, drew a flood of comments from fans praising his mother’s appearance and the duo’s vacation.
