Bill Meek resigns as Lisbon football head coach

Bill Meek has resigned as the head football coach for the Lisbon Blue Devils after three seasons. Meek finished his tenure with a 15-15 overall record, including back-to-back winning seasons of 6-5 and 6-4.

Meek, who has coached for 37 years, noted that his departure is a resignation rather than a retirement. Lisbon athletic director Kyle Bing stated that applications for the head coaching position will be opened in the coming weeks.
