Bill Murray to star in Irish golf documentary series

Paramount+ has released the trailer and key art for ‘A Course Called Ireland’, a six-part documentary series starring Bill Murray and author Tom Coyne. The series, inspired by Coyne’s bestselling book, follows Murray and a group of friends as they travel across legendary golf courses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Each 30-minute episode features different guests, including members of Murray’s family, Joel and John Murray, as well as celebrity friends Chris O’Dowd, Joanne McNally, and Jason Kelce. The production is a collaboration between Skydance Sports and Stellify Media.

The series is scheduled to premiere globally on Paramount+ on Sunday, October 25, with the exception of Latin America and the United Kingdom. In the UK, the series will be available on BBC iPlayer and BBC One Northern Ireland starting Friday, October 23, followed by BBC Two on October 25.
