Billie Lourd discusses her Hollywood lineage and family legacy

Actress Billie Lourd has shared insights into her family heritage and how she maintains a connection to her late mother, Carrie Fisher, and grandmother, Debbie Reynolds.

Lourd revealed that she lives in the same home her parents, Fisher and Eddie Fisher, purchased together, which helps her children feel a sense of presence from their grandmother. She also introduces her children to Fisher’s legacy by watching her films, such as ‘Star Wars’.

Discussing her family's complex history, Lourd noted that her grandmother, Debbie Reynolds, often shared stories about the 1959 divorce from Eddie Fisher, which occurred when he left Reynolds for Elizabeth Taylor.
