Billy Joel Live at Yankee Stadium to be broadcast free on Japan's BS10 Premium

Japanese satellite channel BS10 Premium will air a free, restored 4K version of Billy Joel’s 1990 concert at New York’s Yankee Stadium. The broadcast is scheduled for August 9 at 10:00 a.m. and September 24 at 6:00 p.m. local time.

The concert, recorded on June 22‑23 1990, was the first time the pop‑rock singer performed at the iconic baseball venue. The original footage has been digitally remastered in 4K, offering viewers a high‑definition view of Joel’s performance of hits such as “New York State of Mind,” “Piano Man,” and “Uptown Girl.”
