Billy Sheehan to release new tracks from David Lee Roth era
Bassist Billy Sheehan is preparing to release a new musical project to commemorate the 40th anniversary of his work with David Lee Roth on the 1986 album 'Eat 'Em and Smile'.
Sheehan stated that the upcoming release will feature several tracks that were either never recorded during the original sessions or were nearly completed at the time. The project also includes re-recordings of select songs from the original album. Sheehan is collaborating with various musicians, including Ray Luzier of the band Korn, to complete the work. He expects the project to be released in approximately one month.
