The Bilt Palladium Card is a high-tier rewards credit card featuring a $495 annual fee. The card offers up to 1.25x points on rent and mortgage payments without transaction fees, and 2x points on everyday spending. New cardholders can receive a bonus of 50,000 Bilt Points, Gold Status, and $300 in Bilt Cash after spending $4,000 within the first 90 days.

Additional benefits include a $400 Bilt Travel Hotel credit, provided in two $200 statement credits for qualifying bookings through the Bilt Travel Portal, and an annual $200 Bilt Cash award. The program also includes Priority Pass access.

Bilt Rewards offers two types of rewards: redeemable Bilt Points and Bilt Cash. Users can earn 4% in Bilt Cash on eligible non-housing purchases when using Bilt credit cards. It is important to note that Bilt Cash has specific expiration rules: only $100 of the balance rolls over per calendar year, with any remaining amount expiring on December 31.
