Bilt Rewards to reduce Hyatt transfer ratio to 4:3

Bilt Rewards has announced it will reduce its transfer ratio for World of Hyatt points from 1:1 to 4:3, effective January 1, 2027. This change means members will need to transfer 33% more Bilt points to secure the same number of Hyatt points as they do currently.

Unlike Chase, which maintains a 1:1 transfer ratio for premium cardholders such as those with the Sapphire Reserve, Bilt’s new policy will apply to all members. This includes holders of the high-tier Bilt Palladium Card. The move follows a similar devaluation by Chase, which recently shifted its non-Reserve cardholders to a 4:3 ratio.
