The event is expected to attract thousands of domestic and international athletes. Beyond the main race, the week includes activities for children, families, and the local community. The tournament has become a significant driver for the local economy, with the estimated economic impact growing from 1.2 million USD in 2022 to a projected 9.4 million USD in 2025, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 98%.

Local authorities, including the An Giang Department of Culture and Sports, are coordinating with organizers to ensure a safe and professional event. The tournament aims to promote a healthy lifestyle while enhancing Phu Quoc's capacity to host large-scale international sporting events and strengthening its tourism brand.
