BIM Land breaks ground on Prima Bay towers in Quảng Ninh

BIM Land has officially commenced construction on Tower M, part of the Prima Bay project located within the Halong Marina urban area in Bãi Cháy, Quảng Ninh. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on August 27, 2026, following the National Assembly's resolution to establish Quảng Ninh as a city.

The Prima Bay project is situated on a site of over 16,000 square meters at the gateway of Halong Marina, offering views of Ha Long Bay, the marina, and the Halo Bay Show musical fountain lake. The development consists of two 30-story towers with two basement levels. The architectural design, featuring contemporary curved lines inspired by ocean waves, was provided by Italian architect Massimo Mercurio and Mercurio Design Lab.
