BIM Land breaks ground on Vinh Hy Luxury Resort in Khanh Hoa

Syrena Vietnam Investment Development Joint Stock Company, a member of BIM Group, held a groundbreaking ceremony on September 25 for the Vinh Hy Luxury Resort project in Vinh Hai commune, Khanh Hoa province. BIM Land is serving as the project creator and developer.

The resort is designed to integrate with the unique natural landscape where mountains, forests, and the sea meet. The development plan includes 100 high-end luxury villas, a complex of restaurants, spas, and international standard service facilities. To preserve the local environment, BIM Land is collaborating with global planning and architectural consultants to ensure the structures follow the natural contours of the terrain.

Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, attended the event and noted the project's potential to enhance high-quality tourism in the region. He emphasized the importance of adhering to approved planning and minimizing unnecessary interference with the local topography.
